Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as good as you look in your RSVLTS gear, so we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of your purchase. Most items are eligible for a refund or store credit as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and let us know the reason so we can keep improving our gear.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or send out your new exchange items.
